Please read all information below before booking.

  • Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking using a credit or debit card.

Remaining balance will be paid at time of appointment. This can be with Apple Pay, card or exact cash,

  • Emergency Appointments

Please contact me directly to schedule appointment within 24hrs or less of desired time. These appoints carry a same day free of £20.

  • Before & After Hours

Please contact me directly to schedule an appointment before or after stated hours. There will be a £20 convenience fee.

  • Lateness

Every client is allowed a 15 minute grace period. After that, you will be charged a late fee of £10. After 30 minutes your appointment is subject to cancellation.

  • Rescheduling

If you reschedule same day of appointment it must be within a week of original appointment. Failure to do so will result in you being charged FULL AMOUNT. If you cancel rescheduled appointment you will be charged FULL AMOUNT.

  • Cancellation

Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less will be charged 50% of remaining payment.

Appointments cancelled 12 hours or less will be charged 100% of remaining payment. This is due at the time of cancellation. Client will not be allowed to book again until it’s paid.

  • No shows

No call , no shows at appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.

  • Refunds

All services and payments are non-refundable unless I cancel the appointment.

  • Guests

No extra guests for Walk in appointments.

Children’s are allowed at any time but please inform ahead.

Teens and disabled persons are allowed one guest, please alert me ahead of time.

  • Symptoms

If I or the client are experiencing Covid-19, common cold, or flu symptoms, the appointment must be cancelled. If client shows excessive symptoms during appointment, the service will not be completed, and they will be kindly asked to leave.
